There is no minimum order, you should keep in mind that some jobs will require digitizing and set up. Which could make lower numbers less practical. Speak to a rep in regards to what your job will entail.

What is your turn around time?

Generally, from the time that we receive final approval on the art, five business days. Rush orders are subject to a “Rush” Fee.

What is Digitizing?

Digitizing is the process of taking your logo or design and turning it into the computer program that drives the embroidery machine. Many embroidery companies do not do their own digitizing as it is very difficult and time consuming. We do our own digitizing (as well as doing it for many other embroidery companies) so this makes our turn around time fast, our sewing top notch and our pricing second to none. Digitizing is a one time fee, so if you order more items with the same design you won't be charged for the digitizing cost again.

What are your art requirements?

We can work from just about any art format you have from an EPS drawing to a hand drawing with colored pencils (no kidding we just did one like that). It is important to note that the final product can only be as good as the original art, so, how ever you get your art to us make sure it is what you want. And, as always, we can create your art from scratch at a price you'll find very affordable.

Can you sew my Left Chest design on a Ball Cap?

The digitizing for caps is generally different from that for a left chest, so to have it sew properly we would need to re-digitize your design for a cap. But if we already did a left chest we can turn it into a cap at a discounted rate (and vice versa).
