How to Order

Include art in any number of formats via email or fax with clear color instructions
Include placement, size and the type of material you will sew it on
Include your preference on trims, ie Trim Everything, Trim Nothing, Trims but only where needed (our discretion)
Include what type of machine you have, and what software you are using to run it
Include your preference on fill, ie Dense, normal, or light fill to keep stitch count low

If you are a new customer you will need to include your standard contact info including address to get a job started, once we have completed the job we will e-Mail you a *.jpg of the finished product, and you can call our 800 number to set up CC information at that time. If you are a returning customer "Name of Company" and or e-Mail address will get the job started and completed.

Artwork Requirements:

We accept images in a vast array of different formats. Some of the most common file formats we work with are .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .eps, .cdr, .wmf, .plt, .dc2, .dxf, .dwg.
If for some reason you can not provide us with one of these formats, just call or e-mail us so we can let you know what we can do for you. We WILL find a way to help you.
Also, we will need to know the exact physical size you require for your camera ready artwork.
In addition, if you need a specific font for text, please inform us of the size, style, etc. necessary for your project.
