of Service
Just a few things to know, and keep in mind We digitize
all art work from scratch, so it is not impossible
that there could be an error.
You
should never sew out the first logo on expensive
material, or do a large batch job without testing
the logo on trial material, have your customer sign
off on the finished trial sew.
We
are not financially responsible for items that sew
incorrectly. We will however correct any problems
that arise in a short time, and have the corrected
version back to you.
As
a common practice we send out Cnd Exp and Dst files,
Cnd files don't always act like they were digitized
to do, depending on your software. If the Cnd file
acts funny, you should use the EXP file, which is
digitized exactly in the manner you first instructed,
if you need us to resize or increase the size .
. . slightly, we have no problem doing that. But
by the nature of digitizing itself if you were planning
on making your left chest logo into a 10" (inch)
full back . . . your on your own.
We
complete 95% of jobs within 24 hours, without a
rush charge. This is not a guarantee but a standard,
If you truly need your job in 24 hours let us know
and we will put it towards the top of the list,
still no guarantee. A rush charge is the only way
to guarantee same day or 24 hour results. Though
it is extremely uncommon for us not to finish a
job within 48 hours (I can't remember a time).
