What is your turn
around time?
Our turn around time is
within 7 business days, it is often less. It can be as short as 1 day or sometimes even same day, but to guarantee that there
is a rush charge.
I have my
own art, what formats do you accept?
Art is a tricky question.
Screen printing requires nice crisp edges, “pixilated”,
blurry edges just don’t print well. The ideal picture
file for printing is a vector drawing. This includes Adobe
Illustrator and Corel Draw files. All these formats
can be saved as an EPS file. Documents with jpegs or other
bitmap type images do not typically make good shirts, although if they are high resolution they may work. We
can redraw low quality art for $10 - $50, In a nutshell, in order
to avoid an art charge you must send us camera ready color
separated art.
But my art
wasn’t created on a computer.
No problem, you might still
be subject to an art fee but if you have a simple drawing we can almost always work with it.
Can
I supply my own shirts?
Yes,
we will print on your shirts, however, please read our terms
of service to get an understanding of what
we are responsible for. Keep in mind that we get shirts
at wholesale so it's likely that we can get them for less
than you can. Also, printing on garments that are not manufactured
for that purpose may not be compatible with the printing
process, the ink might actually come off! Also, some materials can not take the heat of the dryer used to cure screen printing inks, and melt or burn. So with
that in mind we reserve the right to turn down any apparel
that is not a good candidate for
printing.
